Description
PC is the strongest material in our filament range. Polycarbonate offers heat resistance beyond 110°C, outstanding impact strength, and stiffness that neither PLA nor ABS can approach. Parts flex before they fracture.
This is a material for genuinely demanding parts: workshop jigs and fixtures, printer components that sit close to the hotend, light-duty gears and bushings, snap-fit housings that need to survive repeated flexing, and protective guards on machinery. It also holds its shape in a car left in the sun, where PLA and even PETG will sag. It is not a beginner filament, and we would rather say so upfront than have it disappoint you.
Recommended settings: 260–290°C nozzle, 100–110°C bed, part cooling off. An enclosure and an all-metal hotend are required. PC absorbs moisture quickly — dry the spool before every print if it has been open, or feed it directly from a dry box. Compatible with all 1.75mm FDM printers rated for high-temperature materials.
1.75mm diameter, 1KG spool. Vacuum-sealed.
