Description
ABS is a classic engineering filament known for its heat resistance, toughness, and ease of post-processing. It handles temperatures up to 100°C without softening — making it ideal for under-hood car parts, electronic enclosures, and any application near heat sources where PLA would fail.
ABS can be sanded, drilled, tapped, and vapor-smoothed with acetone for a glossy, injection-molded like finish. It's the same plastic used in LEGO bricks, automotive trim, and appliance housings.
Print at 230–250°C with a heated bed at 90–110°C. An enclosed printer is strongly recommended to prevent warping and layer splitting. Use good ventilation — ABS produces fumes during printing.
1.75mm diameter, 1KG spool. Available in multiple colors. Vacuum-sealed with desiccant.
