ABS CF is ABS filament reinforced with chopped carbon fiber strands. The carbon fiber adds significant stiffness and dimensional stability while reducing weight — making it the go-to material for structural brackets, drone arms, RC chassis parts, and jigs.
The carbon fiber also dramatically reduces warping compared to standard ABS, making it easier to print large parts. The finish has a subtle, dark textured look that's distinctly premium.
Print at 240–260°C with a 90–100°C bed. A hardened steel nozzle is required — carbon fiber will destroy brass nozzles quickly. Enclosed printer recommended.
1.75mm diameter, 1KG spool. Vacuum-sealed with desiccant.
