Description
ASA is the filament you choose when your print is going outside. It offers the strength and heat resistance of ABS, but with built-in UV stability — meaning it won't yellow, crack, or become brittle after months of sun exposure.
Perfect for outdoor signage, garden fixtures, automotive exterior parts, drone frames, and any enclosure that lives outside. ASA holds its color and mechanical properties in direct sunlight and temperature swings that would destroy PLA or PETG.
Print at 240–260°C with a heated bed at 90–110°C. Like ABS, it benefits from an enclosed printer to control warping. It can also be acetone-smoothed for a polished finish.
1.75mm diameter, 1KG spool. Vacuum-sealed with desiccant for moisture-free printing.
