Description
TPU 85A is an ultra-flexible 3D printing filament with a Shore hardness of 85A — softer and more elastic than standard TPU 95A. It bends, stretches, and compresses without cracking, making it ideal for printing phone cases, protective bumpers, vibration dampeners, wearable straps, and custom gaskets.
At 85A, this filament feels similar to a rubber band or soft shoe sole. It returns to shape after compression and resists tearing under repeated stress. Print it at 220–240°C with a heated bed at 50–60°C. Best results come from direct-drive extruders at slow speeds (15–25 mm/s).
1.75mm diameter, 1KG spool. Vacuum-sealed with desiccant to ensure dry, tangle-free filament from the first meter.
