Description
ABS Pro is a modified ABS formula built to reduce the two problems that put people off standard ABS: warping and weak layer bonding. Shrinkage is lower, layer adhesion is stronger, and odour during printing is noticeably reduced.
It holds the properties that make ABS worth using — heat resistance to around 100°C, high toughness, and clean post-processing by sanding, drilling, or acetone smoothing. Suited to automotive interior parts, tool housings, functional prototypes, and anything that will sit in a hot car in a Kuwait summer.
Recommended settings: 240–260°C nozzle, 90–100°C bed, part cooling off or minimal. An enclosure is strongly recommended — ABS Pro is more forgiving than standard ABS, but a stable chamber temperature still gives the best results. Compatible with all 1.75mm FDM printers.
