PETG Matte

PETG Matte combines the toughness and chemical resistance of standard PETG with a soft, non-reflective surface finish. Layer lines largely disappear under the matte texture, so parts look finished straight off the bed.

It suits functional parts that also need to look good — enclosures, brackets on show, storage inserts, and outdoor-adjacent items where PLA would soften. PETG Matte holds up better than PLA against heat, moisture, and impact, without the enclosure requirement of ABS.

Prints like standard PETG. Recommended settings: 230–250°C nozzle, 70–80°C bed, 30–50% part cooling. No enclosure needed. The matte additive is mildly abrasive — a hardened nozzle is worth fitting for heavy use. Compatible with all 1.75mm FDM printers.
